What your employer receives

Your employer does not receive your answers or your report. Where enough people in an organisation have completed a review, the organisation receives grouped findings only. Nothing is reported where the group is small enough for anyone to be identifiable.

What is stored

Your account details, the answers you give, and a record of which version of the review produced them. Version records cannot be altered after a review is created.

Who can see it

Only you. Access rules are enforced by the database itself, not only by the application, so no other account — including an organisation administrator — can read your answers.
