Ergonomics for the Mind — Jennifer Young

Before you start

This review looks at two things: how you function, and the conditions in which you work. You can stop completing the review and come back to it. You will receive a code which allows you to pick up where you left off.

What your employer sees

Your employer does not receive your answers or your report. You decide what, if anything, you share with them.

Where enough people in your organisation have completed a review, your employer may receive grouped findings — about working conditions and patterns. Nothing is reported where the group is small enough for anyone to be identifiable.

What you get

A report about how you function and what helps you work well. A separate summary you can share with a manager if you choose to. You can choose to receive some suggestions about how to discuss these issues with your manager and colleagues.

Talking to your GP

Some answers point to things worth discussing with a GP. If that happens we will say so, and list the things that are relevant to the GP. Where your organisation receives grouped findings, those include how many people were given this information — your employer will not know who.

Answering

There are no right answers. This is not a test. The review is only useful if it reflects how things are for you.
